The Call
From Dec 31, 2026 - Jan 2, 2027, a group of Dordt students will travel to St. Louis, Missouri, to attend CROSS Conference 2027. A gathering designed to inspire and equip young adults to live for Christ and participate in His mission to the nations.
CROSS CON is both serious and joyful. Through powerful biblical teaching, worship, testimonies, and conversations with mission organizations from around the world, students are challenged to consider how God might use their lives for His kingdom. The conference emphasizes lasting spiritual transformation, grounding participants in God's Word and helping them understand their unique role in fulfilling the Great Commission.
The years between 18 and 25 are often trajectory-setting. CROSS CON encourages students to make decisions during these formative years that will impact their lives, churches, communities, and the nations for eternity. Thank you for partnering with us as we seek to grow deeper in our faith and discover how God is calling us to serve Him.
The Need
Our goal is to raise $30,000 to send 50 Dordt students to CROSS CON 27, including an immediate funding need of $25,000 by September 1 to help cover transportation, lodging, and other travel-related expenses. Students are responsible for paying their own conference registration, making donor support critical in reducing the overall cost of attendance.
Your generosity helps make this opportunity accessible to more students, allowing them to participate in a transformative experience designed to deepen their understanding of God's mission and their role in it.
At CROSS CON, students will engage with faithful pastors, theologians, missionaries, and ministry leaders who are committed to grounding the next generation in Scripture and encouraging lifelong faithfulness. Students will also connect with mission agencies, seminaries, and Christian organizations dedicated to advancing the gospel around the world.
